Exchange and Refund Policy

Welcome to Thalia Atelier, where elegance meets tradition! We want you to shop with confidence, so here’s what you need to know:
 
1.Exchange Policy – Only for Defected Items (While Stocks Last!)
 
If you receive an item with a defect (oops, that shouldn’t happen!), we’ve got you covered—just follow these steps:
•Report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. DM us or WhatsApp our CS (link in our IG bio) with your order number, clear photos, and a short description.
•If we confirm the defect, we’ll exchange it as long as the item is still available.
•If it’s out of stock, we’ll discuss other options, and if nothing works, we’ll proceed with a refund.
•The item must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tag attached when returned.
 
2. Refund Policy – Only If Exchange is Not Possible (applicable for defected items only)
 
We only offer refunds if the item you want to exchange is out of stock—otherwise, we’ll replace it instead.
•Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
 
3. Quick Reminders
•No exchanges or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selection, so double-check before purchasing!
•We’ve provided detailed measurement charts for each design, so please refer to them carefully before selecting your size. (We want you to get the perfect fit!)
•We reserve the right to decline exchanges or refunds if the item doesn’t meet our policy conditions.
